BOARD MEMBERS

​DR. NNENNA ONOSODE

​Dr. Onosode is a compassionate healthcare professional, pharmacist, and dedicated advocate for child protection and community service. With over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical care, she has worked to improve patient outcomes through medication therapy management, immunization programs, and clinical reviews. Her background in pharmacy continues to support her broader mission of holistic care and healing for vulnerable populations.
She is the founder of Anadel Speaks Foundation, a nonprofit organization she launched in 2019 to raise awareness about child sexual abuse and provide direct support to young survivors. Under her leadership, the foundation is making a profound global impact through education, advocacy, and survivor-centered services. Anadel Speaks Foundation is currently building a shelter and resource center that will serve as a safe haven for abused children, offering comprehensive care and rehabilitation. The foundation has implemented educational outreach programs across schools in Africa, equipping children, educators, and communities with the tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to abuse. In 2025, the organization is expanding its efforts into Pakistan, furthering its mission to protect and empower children worldwide.
In addition to her organizational leadership, Dr. Onosode has served as a committed volunteer in child advocacy spaces, including her work with Jonathan’s Place, a shelter that offers residential care and specialized services to children who have experienced sexual abuse. These experiences have deepened her resolve to create spaces of safety, dignity, and restoration for every child.
Faith and community are central to Dr. Onosode’s life. For many years, she served as a Sunday school teacher at her local church, and she now continues her service through active roles in the church choir and the Medical Ministry team. Alongside her husband, Dr. Nere Onosode—a foot and ankle surgeon in Texas—and their three sons, she is deeply committed to sharing the love of Christ through acts of service, compassion, and outreach.
Through her unwavering dedication to justice, healing, and faith-driven service, Dr. Onosode is determined to continue building a legacy of hope for future generations.

​DR. NERE ONOSODE

​Dr. Onosode is a Foot & Ankle surgeon in the Dallas Metropolis in Texas and currently serves as a board member and treasurer for Anadel speaks. He has also served as a board member for other non profit organizations including Harambee in Louisville, Kentucky. He is involved with medical missions to countries around the world and provides medical care in underserved communities with organizations like Brain Project Africa. Dr. Onosode has worked as a mentor and volunteer with Big Brothers and Big Sisters for many years and is inspired by his Christian faith to serve others.
Dr. Onosode is happily married to his wife Nnenna Onosode they are blessed with three delightful sons. Together they are actively involved in their church and in the community at large. As a family they enjoy travelling, biking and photography.

​MRS. FUNTO PHILLIPS-SETON

​Mrs Phillips -Seton is a Christ-lover, daughter, wife, mother, sister, friend and employment law attorney. She also serves as board director for Anadel Speaks. As an attorney, she serves as trusted counsel to employers by ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws and partnering with them to minimize risk of litigation. Funto previously served (by appointment of the Mayor of Louisville, Kentucky; Greg Fisher), as a commissioner for the Louisville free Public Library. She currently serves on the board of the Fort Bend Womens Center.
Mrs Seton attended Mount Holyoke college where she earned a B.A in Economics and International Relations. She proceeded to Vanderbilt University Law School where she earned her J.D.

​MR. DAYO SETON

​Mr. Seton is a Christian, a husband and a father of two wonderful boys. He also serves as Board Director for Anadel speaks. Professionally, he is an in-house corporate attorney with a technology company in Houston TX, specializing in technology related transactions and privacy matters. He has served on the boards of several nonprofits catering to the residency needs of homeless population and the healthcare needs of low income residents. Mr. Seton received his B.Sc in Computer Science from Frostburg State University, MD, and his law degree from the University of Houston, TX.

​DR. LORETTA ANEKWE-ANWURI

​Dr. Loretta Anekwe-Anwuri is a General Dentist in the Dallas metropolis and currently serves as a board member and secretary for Anadel speaks. While training, she gained valuable experiences working with organizations such as the American Academy of Public Health in spear-heading projects to better serve at-risk populations. She also served as a volunteer for an NGO in the Boston area, providing hot meals to the homeless population. While there she gained knowledge about the high incidences of adult female, and child sexual abuse in the homeless population. Dr. Anekwe-Anwuri has future plans in joining medical missions centered in providing quality health care to vulnerable populations, primarily in continental Africa. She is also excited to do her part in protecting the innocence of vulnerable children in the Sub-Saharan African region.
Dr. Anekwe-Anwuri is happily married to her husband Akachi Anwuri. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, staying active and discovering new dishes.

MS. ​BETTENIA JACKSON

​Miss Bettenia Jackson obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. While studying there, she was initiated into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. It was her membership in this prestigious sorority that sparked her love for community outreach and her desire to give back to her community. In her years of community involvement, she has focused on under privileged kids and needy families by providing food cloths, books, and toys to those truly in need through the gifting of items and monetary donations. In addition, she has volunteered her time at local food banks and several area nursing homes.
​Ms. Jackson’s most recent volunteering occurs in her current role as the Market Outreach Coordinator for Anadel Speaks. Her 20 plus years of sales and marketing experience has equipped her with the tools needed create the environment needed to effectively educate others on the opportunity to give back. In her spare time, she enjoys going to live concerts, cooking to entertain friends and family, and working out with her fitness family.

MRS. ERIKA D. SCOTT

Co-Founder ACEDStewardship, LLC.
Erika Scott co-owns and manages ACEDStewardship, LLC, which seeks to unlock and support the purpose-driven gifts of individuals and organizations. She brings with her a depth of experiences from secondary and higher education institutions and organizations through which she advocated for the access and success of students from historically underserved and oppressed communities. During her 15 years in education, she developed the critical ability to handle complexity and ambiguity, serve with integrity, maintain independent-mindedness, leverage collaboration, lead with empathy, and engage in sound financial decisions.
In Erika’s most recent professional role, she served as a district-level administrator for a large public school district in Houston, TX, selected to lead district-wide efforts for supporting students to and through their post-secondary pursuits. She supported and trained a team of twenty-two full-time employees and partnered with several organizations to bring the school district highly effective mentoring and guidance for students.
After transitioning from her tenure in education, Erika, through ACEDStewardship, has sought opportunities to engage in supporting the efforts of Christ-following individuals and organizations seeking to make a lasting impact on the world. She is dedicated to using her experiences and giftings to serve in the capacities needed for the furthering of God’s kingdom.
Mrs. Scott holds a master’s degree in higher education leadership from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and business from Texas Christian University (TCU), and has completed 6 hours of doctoral courseworkin leadership studies at the University of San Diego. She has also received certification from the Yale School of Management Executive Education Women’s Leadership Program in 2022.

MRS. LOLA VIVOUR-ADENIYI

The Merchant of Hope
Mrs. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi has spent about 15 years in public service, where she has served with the Lagos State Government in different capacities. Her experience cuts across public policy and public administration, as well as legal expertise and social services (social welfare and social protection). She has been instrumental in ensuring a proactive and coordinated response to sexual and gender-based violence in Lagos State. She currently serves as the pioneer executive secretary of the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, the first of its kind in Nigeria.
​She is an author of several books for children on domestic violence, civic education, sexual violence, and self-love/body safety. More recently, she published her memoir in a book titled ‘Living for a Higher Purpose, Inspiring Hope Through the Nigerian Public Service’ in December 2022. Lola is the founder of the Lola Vivour Adeniyi Foundation, which is committed to empowering the vulnerable in the society through the provision of scholarships and business grants. The `foundation has been able to support over 35 women-led businesses and sponsored numerous kids through scholarships.
As a consultant, she has worked with national and international organizations, including the British Council, (European Union Funded ROLAC) World Bank and United Nations projects. She continues to provide technical support for the development of SGBV response models for other states of the federation. Lola is an alumnus of Middlesex University, School of Politics, Policy & Governance (SPPG), and the London School of Economics. She is also a recipient of various awards, including the Partnership and Appreciation Award, presented by the Federal Republic of Nigeria. She is married with three children. She enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time with her family, and meditating on the Bible.

DR FATIMA BABAR

Communications Director

Dr Babar serves as the communications director and social media liaison for ANADEL Speaks. As a multi-faceted professional, she takes pride in adding value in many different ways. She attended medical school at Chifeng College and also earned a degree in Fine Arts from Sadequain Institute of Art. Prior to relocating to Texas, she worked as a medical practitioner in China and an EHR Clinical Specialist.
Throughout her career, she has worked with several non-profit organizations that offer support to victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. She is also extremely talented in social media management and using it to expand a company’s breadth of influence. Currently, she manages two social media accounts; one for a medical clinic and the other a non-profit.
Additionally, Fatima is fluent in four languages (Mandarin, English, Urdu/Pashto, and Punjabi).

OMAS ANWURI

Program Delivery Consultant

Omas Anwuri is a Christian and serves as a Program Delivery Consultant and liaison for Anadel Speaks. Being a witness to the severe mental and emotional damage some survivors have to cope with, as well as the unfortunately apathetic responses oftentimes garnered in African societies, she has remained passionate in the fight to eradicate child sexual abuse .
Omas is a Director in start-ups operating in the agriculture and technology sectors, and has over 16 years’ experience in the banking administration and oil & gas sectors across multiple countries. She holds an MBA from INSEAD France/Singapore, a Bachelors’ degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK, and a Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
